How Does the OnDemand Storage Process Work?

Can I add extra Items?
Yes, we just ask that you estimate your storage order during the sign-up process, so that our staff has an idea of what will be placed into storage on your pick-up date.
What If I'm Unsure of My Pickup Date?
The most important thing is to reserve your pickup spot. Your time, date and even location can be changed within your account. The most important thing is to make a reservation. Once we're sold out, we cannot accomodate any additional students.
What do Storage Costs Cover?
Costs associated cover one of the following three periods: 1. Summer Period 2. Fall Semester 3. Spring Semester If you have a special situation please call ODS for more information.
Can I Change My Storage Order?
Yes, our estimation tools are designed to give you the best idea of what your costs will be. You can edit items for an updated quote at anytime before your pickup. You will only be charged for the items you actually put into storage! Our quoting tool is to provide transparent pricing to you!
What Will I Pay Today?
On the date of scheduling you only have to pay for the reservation. The cost is between $10-$30 and is clearly marked on the payment information page. Please note this cost is non-refundable because it takes a spot another student could have used.
